What happens when you can’t stop thinking about someone?

So you can’t stop thinking about them…they are occupying your thoughts and taking up too much of your day. Maybe you are checking their social media to see what they are up to?


You might be carrying around some of their energy, and/or they have yours. Time for an energy exchange. You send them back their energy and then, you call back yours! It’s simple but it can get tricky because we forget or we like the way their energy feels...but it’s not yours so send it back. If you have a fight with someone and you can’t shake it, send them back their energy and call back yours. If you encounter a negative person and they bum you out, you just absorbed their energy, so you send it back to them. You don’t have to carry around other people's burdens. It doesn’t help that person for you to feel bad just because they do. It’s quite the opposite! Please send them back their energy and call back yours! It’s your job to be in your own power and hold your power. By doing this you lead by example. When a dear one is having a hard time it is normal to feel (bad) for them, but when you do you are amplifying the bad feeling. Don’t join the bad feeling party. Send some love and strength and positive vibes, but then give them back their energy and call yours back. Clear your space of all negative vibes by a simple affirmation of clearing or sage yourself, take a bath with sea salt, or a simple shower and watch those bad vibes go down the drain.
